Virtual Fresh Air Trail Run #3

On Tuesday, June 9 at whatever time during the day or evening that works best for you, get out for a safe run, following the social distancing guidelines that are now part of our daily lives. We hope you are able to find a trail, or treadmill, or city block, or yard that is safe for you to run on, around or through!

Choose a distance…3 km short course, 5 km long course, or the kids mini-run (200-400 m)! And then let us know how you did! Post a selfie, or your GPS run tracker map, or results, or just a “I did it!” message, and tag us on FB or Instagram.
