| NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Corporation of Thunder Bay Nordic Trails will be held on the 7th day of November 2024 at Kamview Nordic Centre at the hour of 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) for the following purposes:
1. Opening remarks by Chairman
-2. Acceptance of minutes from the last AGM
3. Presentation and acceptance of the annual financial report
4. Presentation by General Manager
5. Appointment of Financial Auditor for 2024-25
6. Election of Directors (All current TBNT members are allowed to stand for election.)
7. Question period
8. Chairman closing remarks
