Fundraiser
Event details
- Kamview Nordic Centre
- October 25, 2025
- Saturday, 9AM to 12PM
- Thunder Bay Nordic Trails
We have upgraded our Ski Swap software and registration and sales process! We are transitioning to a system where you can pre-register your equipment before you drop-off your items to sell. This should greatly increase efficiency and accuracy. To request a link to register your items, please send an e-mail to info@tbnordictrails.com.
We are still able to assist you with registration of items (and pricing) on Wednesday October 22 and Thursday October 23 from 5 to 9pm at Kamview Nordic Centre. We encourage you to try our new system if you are able!
Ski Swap Policy 2025
The Thunder Bay Nordic Trails Annual Ski Swap serves primarily as a community service to the Thunder Bay ski and snowshoe community, but also as a small fundraiser – TBNT is a not-for-profit organization that relies on successful fundraising initiatives throughout the season.
- TBNT charges $1 per item (to a maximum of $5) to register equipment in the swap
- For all items sold, the seller receives 80% and TBNT receives 20% of selling price.
- Seller decides on selling price of each item
- Unsold items must be picked up between noon and 2pm on Saturday – it is the seller’s responsibility to come and re-claim any unsold items. Unclaimed items may be assumed to be donations if not picked up! Please let us know at time of registration if you would prefer to donate proceeds to TBNT.
- A cheque will be mailed to you following the Ski Swap (80% of anything that was sold). This may take a few weeks.
We will only accept Pilot, Profil, Prolink and NNN bindings – no old SNS or 3 pin bindings etc.
No bamboo poles.
No downhill equipment.
We reserve the right to limit number of soft good items (at our discretion).
