SKI SWAP 2020 – Drop off only!

REGISTRATION FORM!

Please print the registration form and fill it out prior to arriving with your items to sell! 

There is a lot of information here…so please read carefully!

*Wednesday to Friday, October 21 to 23 – 3 pm to 8 pm:
Drop off only of used cross country ski equipment (skis, bindings, boots, poles), snowshoes, ski clothing, and outerwear.

• Registration forms must be filled out prior to dropping off items to sell
• Get your registration form here to print and fill out at home
• Registration forms must include your name, mailing address, phone number, and list all items (name, description and price) you are selling
• One person or family in chalet at a time to register
• Masks required – Hand sanitizer available and required – Physical distancing required
• Markers for physical distancing will be in place

*Saturday October 24 – 9 am to 4 pm &Sunday October 25 –  9 am to noon
Shopping only – no intake

• Maximum of 50 people permitted at a time (+ staff and volunteers)
• Maximum of 20 people permitted in chalet at a time
• Maximum of 30 people permitted in new greenhouse shelter at a time
• Skis, bindings, boots, poles and snowshoes will be sold in greenhouse
• Soft goods (ski clothing, outerwear) will be in chalet
• Shoppers will be asked to wait in their vehicles in parking lot until there is room to enter
• Payments will be made at front counter in chalet – cash, debit or credit
• Kamview cookies will be for sale!  Prepackaged – take out only
• Masks required – Hand sanitizer available and required – Physical distancing required
• Markers for physical distancing will be in place
• Pick up unsold items by 3 pm on Sunday
