TAKE NOTICE that the <strong>Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Corporation of Thunder Bay Nordic Trails </strong>will be held on the <strong>7th</strong> <strong>day of November 2024 at Kamview Nordic Centre at the hour of 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) </strong>for the following purposes:

1. Opening remarks by Chairman
-2. Acceptance of minutes from the last AGM
3. Presentation and acceptance of the annual financial report
4. Presentation by General Manager
5. Appointment of Financial Auditor for 2024-25
6. Election of Directors (All current TBNT members are allowed to stand for election.)
7. Question period
8. Chairman closing remarks
