2. Acceptance of minutes from the last AGM
3. Presentation and acceptance of the TBNT’s annual financial report
4. Presentation by General Manager Dave Suttie - 2021-22 Covid Accommodations to daily operations and special events
5. Re-Appointing Grant Thornton as the TBNT’s auditors
6. Electing Directors (3yr term, 4 positions are scheduled for renewal, 4 directors indicating they will stand for re-election)DATED the 12th day of October, 2021 BY ORDER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORSPersons who were members of TBNT in 2020-21 or registered this season (2021-22) are allowed to participate
