Welcome Al Cranston was welcomed in his return to the TBNT board
Minutes The minutes of October 11th were approved.
AGM Ross commented on the success of the AGM with both in-person and zoom attendance options.
Jackrabbits Program Tiffany Moore described the upcoming Jackrabbits program and answered questions about the program. She, Dave and Lis have made arrangements for a seasonal rental for participants at $90 for the season.

Seija to assist with coach skill training.





Video Pam reported on the legal issues related to people shown in the promotional video. In general permission waivers not required unless subjects are part of a specific group created for the video.  


Forest Management Heather/Tina asked to be alert to tax reduction.

Ross to follow up with city finance department

Plan to be posted on the website.

GICs Discussion about GIC use.

Kim and Ross to make recommendation at next meeting.

Finance Kim reviewed the latest financial reports. Very positive position.
Planning Session Discussion about the need for a planning session. With the ski season just starting best to leave until the spring.
Chair/Vice Ross and Kim have agreed to serve as the Chair and Vice Chair.
Loppet Peter announced that registration for the Loppet opens on Nov. 15th

New registration and timing system from Webscorer being used.

Fundraising No auction at this time.

Cheryl to check on 50/50

Lorne Morrow has two paddles to donate. Perhaps raffle. Peter to check.




Constitution Laura and Gavin to finalize and ‘clean’ copy of the updated constitution. Laura, Gavin
Manager’s Report Trail runs and SSSAA events finished for the year. 1/2M a success with Westfort Productions on site. Ski Swap another success.

Trail work complete on the Lookout and Aspen trails. Fencing replaced along the cliff on Lookout trail. Improvements to snowmaking pond and pumps ready to go. Additional lights in the stadium. All grooming equipment ready. Michael McKenzie hired for outdoor work assistance.

Now over 1400 members.
